Please be aware there is no asking price; request for proposals (rfp) for residential developments only will be accepted between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on april 11, 2008; all offers need to be in writing; must include the purchase price, project description, project layout, evidence of financing, any special terms and conditions. All offers must be good for 45 days for decision making process to be completed by owner.
